On May 30, 2023, Mr. Weng Yuanhui, chairman of Jinlaibang Valve and executive chairman of Fujian Anxi Chamber of Commerce in Xi'an, and the party branch and council of the chamber of commerce walked into Gaoling Chonghuang Junior High School to carry out "61 condolences to warm children's hearts and revitalize rural education line" public welfare activities.
	On December 3, 2022, Jinlaibang Valve, Building Energy Committee, Yizhu Electromechanical and other units carried out a condolence activity to Baigua Village, Xiaoqiu, Yao County. Caring for the poor people in rural areas, ensuring that the poor people survive the winter warmly and safely.
On October 9, 2022, Weng Changqing, chairman of the Fujian Anxi Chamber of Commerce in Xi'an, and Weng Yuanhui, the vice chairman of Jinlaibang Valve, went to the Songhe Nursing Home of Xi'an Tangcheng Hospital to express their condolences and love.
